- Working Location: Ninh Kieu Dist, Can Tho city
- Working hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday – Saturday)
- Monthly Salary: 3,000–4,000USD Gross
- Benefits: Social Insurance, Private Insurance

<Job Responsibilities>
・Management Responsibilities
1. Approve the budget and the overall operation plan, dispose the resources of the Human Resources and Administration functions to accomplish the short-term, long-term goals of these functions in line with the strategy company plan
2. Manage and develop the personnel in charge into a team that has professional, dynamic, competent, and active staff following companys mission and core values.
3. Review and approve, ensure the completion of policies and regulations of the Human resource management procedures and procedures that applying and its companies, and the companys administrative management mechanisms.
・Professional Responsibilities
1. To advise, propose and recommend to the Board of Directors and the Board of Management on:
HR strategy for short to long term / Management policies / Activities to build and maintain company cultural identity according to the core values / Candidates for senior level.
2. Producer:
2.1. Coordinate the process of designing the organizational structure and job functions.
2.2. Document the remuneration philosophy of the Board of Directors, develop and submit to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO for approval of policies, regulations and incentive framework (including salaries, bonuses, benefits and compensations other than salary) apply to all group companies
2.3. Direct the evaluation of work efficiency, classify and analyse the salary to propose labor productivity improvement
2.4. Manage labor relations issues, collective labor agreements.
3. Review and approve:
The overall human resource plan and goals / Functional documents and duties of departments/divisions / Labor contracts / Summarize the payroll and propose monthly salary payment, recommend for periodic and irregular rewards and etc.
4. Check and evaluate:
The effectiveness of the recruitment and training / office administrative operations / environment and occupational safety.
5. Working with the Appropriate authorities on labor issues.
6. Assisting managers of departments / divisions in implementing the companys administrative and human resource management policies, ensuring these policies are consistently applied throughout all branches in the system.
7. Perform other duties as required by the Board of Management.

Changes in personnel plans / Issues related to Human Resources, Administration, Safety and Environment.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor degree of economics, management, administration, law or higher
・Language Skills: English Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 40-45
・At least 15 years HR experience in any industry
・At least 5 years Manager level or more over experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>

・Working experience at Pharmaceutical company
・Working experience at foreign company
